Civciv Carpet Cleaning is obligated to clean the carpets, sofas, duvets, and curtains it receives from its customers using professional methods and eco-friendly products suitable for the item's type. Your items are under our company's guarantee from the moment they are picked up from your door.
Standard carpet cleaning processes take an average of 3-4 business days. However, this period may be extended depending on the type of stain, carpet fabric (silk, handwoven, etc.), and weather conditions. Customers will be informed in advance of any potential delays.
Tears, moth burns, decay, or permanent stains (paint, bleach, etc.) that existed on the carpet before washing are not the responsibility of our company. If any damage caused by the washing process is detected, Civciv Carpet Cleaning commits to compensating your loss (under insurance coverage).
Items that you are not satisfied with after delivery will be taken for re-washing free of charge, provided that it is reported within 3 days from the delivery date.
